This project was done for my product and packaging class at Cornish College of the Arts in 2011. The assignment was to design packaging for three chocolate treats and three chocolate related products. I was assigned the brand name Planet Chocolate and I chose to market to children. I decided to create alien characters for each product and include a little story on the back for each. I used a dip pen and ink to do the initial illustrations so the lines would have a very hand drawn quality. I vectorized the line work before adding color so the finals would still have a crisp look.
